Description

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable Customer Sales Advisors are key to delivering the best possible service for our customers. Accountable for achieving personal and store targets, as well as delivering outstanding store standards, you will form a part of our front line team engaging customers with confidence and applying your knowledge and expertise to ensure their visions become a reality. You will: Greet customers, make them feel welcome in the store; Use effective questions to understand customer needs; Advise customers on suitable products, identify and maximise sales opportunities; Work as a team to maintain high store standards of presentation, merchandising and stock control; Achieve targets; Operate a till and handle financial transactions.
